Amazing stay with wonderful staff

I loved the comfortable, clean rooms and the pool bar was a definite plus. The rooftop view overlooking the area was beautiful. I also appreciated the breakfastwith good variety, and it was so convenient being within walking distance to the beach!
The only minor issue I had was that the air conditioning wasn't working optimally. Despite reporting it, the problem persisted through the following night, a little uncomfortable

The room included a comfortable bed with nice bedding, guaranteeing restful nights. The bathrooms are adequately sized, which i found to be a significant plus compared to other hotels in Asia. A balcony with outdoor furniture also provided a nice spot.

Breakfast offered a tasty and diverse selection of foods. I really appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant provided a nice atmosphere. I found the food to be of good quality.

we stayed two nights here. the staff were very quick to assist when my daughter had a severe reaction to a food allergy (it wasn't caused by the hotel). i am very thankful for their help. they printed paperwork without issue. the beds were super comfy and the rooms were spacious.
carrying luggage over a small bridge and upstairs was slightly annoying, though they offered help (i should have accepted it).

the hotel features a well maintained gym with modern equipment. the pool area includes ample loungers and shaded sections, ensuring guests have comfortable places to relax (the bar is close). there are pool towels available.

the breakfast buffet was surprisingly decent. i guess that's something.
The air conditioning barely worked. i complained, but nothing changed. also, the noise from the street was constant. It was like trying to sleep next to a highway, which, i suppose, i kind of was.
